Real estate wasn't new to me when I got my license in 2023. My family has been investing in and renovating homes for 25 years — buying, improving, and selling properties across East Tennessee alongside my brother Stephen. I've been inside the process: the inspections, the renovation decisions, the market timing, the financing structures.

A Note on Who I Am Outside the Transaction

I live in East Tennessee because I chose to — not because I ended up here. My wife and I are raising our two kids in this community, and I spend my time away from work the same way most of my clients do: on the trails, on a mountain bike, or in the stands at a Vols game. I understand what draws people to this part of Tennessee because it drew me here too.
I co-founded Beech Signature Homes with my brother Stephen to build something specific: a two-agent team where buyers and sellers get genuine geographic expertise instead of a generalist who covers everything loosely. Stephen specializes in Karns and northwest Knox County. I specialize in Maryville and Blount County. You get depth — not breadth.
